"I suffered from anxiety attacks for many years, which seriously reduced my quality of family life. I tried a number of therapies without success. I hadn't tried hypnotherapy as I feared a loss of control under hypnosis but Phil put me at my ease and in a few short sessions it has worked wonders for me. He has enabled me to handle my fears and to start to live a more normal life."
