Please note that Phil takes your welfare seriously and makes a commitment to your booking. Please assist him by giving advanced notice of a cancellation or reschedule. Without notice, a cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 30% fee being charged; within 24 hours the fee will be 70%. Failure to appear, without notice, will result in the full payment becoming due.
