Here is some information about what happens in a hypnotherapy session.
One-on-one hypnotherapy sessions take around ninety minutes.
The first part of the session will be an opportunity for you to discuss your problem and how the hypnotherapy can help you. Hypnosis will be explained, and you can ask all the questions you
The rest of the session will be taken up with the hypnotherapy itself with ample time afterwards to give feedback, and talk about your experience if you wish.

If you are not able to get to central London, or would prefer to have your session in the comfort of your own home, you can have a Skype session with Phil.
All you need is a computer with a good broadband internet connection and a space where you will be comfortable and undisturbed.

Sessions at the London practice are available from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Skype sessions are available 8.30am to 7.30pm, Monday to Friday, and at weekends from 12 noon to 4pm. (All times are local UK times)
A Smoking Cessation treatment (which is just one-session) in the UK or via Skype, is £400.
All other conditions are £250 per session.
The number of sessions depends on three components: Your state of mind, the condition, and how well you respond to hypnotherapy. This is not a treatment which requires you to come for many
When hypnotherapy works, it works rapidly. The maximum number of sessions for the majority of conditions is three. You may also be recommended a CD or MP3 to listen to between your sessions, to supplement the suggestions and improve your resilience to stress.

Phil would need your prescribing physician's written permission to treat you with hypnotherapy. This is to ensure that the medication you are taking does not contra-indicate the use of hypnotherapy. This is for your own protection. If you have any questions about this, please call or email us.

Please note that Phil takes your welfare seriously and makes a commitment to your booking. Please assist him by giving advanced notice of any changes. Without notice, a cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 30% fee being charged; within 24 hours the fee will be 70%. Failure to attend will result in the full payment being forfeit.
